You Provide Us With Your Signature Sample

You may submit your signature sample to us by mail, fax or uploading it as a .jpeg file using the prompts on our product page. Pen and/or permanent marker written samples are acceptable. Please do not submit pencil. You will be asked to review your sample and indicate whether you want one or two initial cufflinks designed as well as your choices of metal and/or diamonds. Faxed submissions will be followed up with an email or phone call based on the contact information you provide us.
